Who makes this

The project was built and is run by Oleg — a single developer, with no company and no editorial team behind him. The site launched in March 2026.

That is worth knowing up front: there is no institute, no bar association and no medical board behind these calculations. There is one person who checks the numbers against primary sources and names those sources on the page.

Where the numbers come from

Rates, thresholds and coefficients are taken from official documents: tax codes, statutory instruments, central bank publications and the responsible agencies. Where a rule could not be confirmed from a primary source, the tool says so rather than producing a plausible number.

Cooking times and temperatures are drawn from food safety reference data and carry the safe minimum internal temperature wherever that matters.

Recipes are written by hand in Russian and English. Neither is a translation of the other: each version is written in its own language.

What the site does not do

The results are for reference. They do not replace advice from a doctor, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser, and they are not personal recommendations.

Medical calculators give a formula-based estimate, not a diagnosis. Tax and legal tools give an estimate under the general rule, without the circumstances of an individual case.

If a decision costs money or affects health, have the result checked by a professional.

Reporting an error

If you find a wrong figure, an outdated rate or a typo, please write. Errors in calculations are fixed first, and every such message is welcome.
